Incredibly simple and easy to make these Parmesan zucchini crisps! They’re delicious, perfect for the whole family because they’re a healthy snack.
Few ingredients and fast cooking will let you serve a perfect and loved side dish. A good idea for the little ones who usually dislike vegetables. Who can resist to these zucchini crisps?
- 500 g zucchini
- 40 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 20 g breadcrumbs
- extra virgin olive oil
Slice zucchini into thin slices. In a bowl mix breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and oregano to taste. Place some extra virgin olive oil on a plate.
Every zucchini slice must be dipped in some oil and covered with the breadcrumbs.
Arrange zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 392°F for about 30 minutes or until brown on the top. Transfer them to a plate. Serve immediately when still warm!
Store the Parmesan zucchini crisps for up to a couple of days in the fridge in an airtight container.
For crispier slices, press the zucchini slices with a paper towel. This will be important to remove some moisture and get an amazing result, crispier and irresistible.
