Parmesan Zucchini Crisps

Incredibly simple and easy to make these Parmesan zucchini crisps! They’re delicious, perfect for the whole family because they’re a healthy snack.

Few ingredients and fast cooking will let you serve a perfect and loved side dish. A good idea for the little ones who usually dislike vegetables. Who can resist to these zucchini crisps?


  • 500 g zucchini
  • 40 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 20 g breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • oregano

Parmesan Zucchini Crisps


Slice zucchini into thin slices. In a bowl mix breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and oregano to taste. Place some extra virgin olive oil on a plate.

Every zucchini slice must be dipped in some oil and covered with the breadcrumbs.

Arrange zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 392°F for about 30 minutes or until brown on the top. Transfer them to a plate. Serve immediately when still warm!

Parmesan Zucchini Crisps


Store the Parmesan zucchini crisps for up to a couple of days in the fridge in an airtight container.

For crispier slices, press the zucchini slices with a paper towel. This will be important to remove some moisture and get an amazing result, crispier and irresistible.

Serve the dish in many ways, for example, using a different type of cheese. Cooking times can vary according to the size of your zucchini slices. The thinner they are faster they’ll be cooked!

If you want a crispier result you can fry the zucchini slices in hot seed oil. The chips you’ll get will be amazing and so tasty!
