Caesar Salad

Fresh romaine, crunchy croutons, fresh Parmesan cheese and creamy Caesar dressing tossed together. This is the famous and delicious Caesar Salad!

It has so much flavor and it pairs well with anything! It can be served as a side dish or as a lunch. It is perfect even for a lunch box!


  • 1 lettuce
  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 150 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 130 g of Parmesan cheese flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Yogurt sauce to taste


Wash the romaine and cut into pieces. Cut chicken breast into pieces and grill them. Bake or quickly fry the bread pieces in oil or in butter until crunchy, in a pan or in oven. Choose what you prefer depending on your tastes.

In a bowl, combine romaine, grilled chicken, Parmesan, croutons and yogurt sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Your Caesar Salad is ready! Serve it for lunch or for dinner, in winter or in summer. It’ll always be a great idea.

Caesar Salad


Store the Caesar Salad in the fridge in an airtight container for up to one day. Let it at room temperature for 30 minutes when you decide to serve it again. Add croutons just baked.

Enrich the salad adding some anchovies. In a blender combine yogurt sauce, anchovies, salt and pepper. You’ll get a delicious dressing.
