The creamy salmon pasta is a real classic, loved by adults but also by children, who particularly love this preparation.
The classic salmon pasta is, in this case, made even more delicious by the presence of the cream. So, the condiment is even richer and tastier. Simple to make but absolutely luxurious.
- 400 g of pasta (penne)
- 250 g of smoked salmon
- 1 cup cream
- butter to taste
- onions to taste
- salt to taste
- parsley to taste
Divide the salmon into small pieces or small strips.
Pour the butter into a pan and melt for about one minute. Add the minced onion and 1/3 of the previously cut salmon and let it brown for a couple of minutes.
Meanwhile, pour the cream and part of the salmon into a mixer. Let it all go for a few minutes until you have obtained a smooth sauce and transfer it to the pan along with the sliced salmon. Add salt and let the cooking continue for a few minutes so that all the ingredients blend perfectly.
Meanwhile, put a pot on the stove with plenty of salted water brought to a boil. Then add the pasta and cook until it is al dente. Only then drain it, add it to the pan along with the dressing and let it jump for a few minutes.
Then chop very finely the parsley, after having washed and dried. Add the parsley to the preparation and blow it up for about another minute.
Serve the cream and salmon pasta to your guests when it is still hot.
Serve the creamy salmon pasta when it is hot, immediately after its preparation.
As always happens for dishes that contain béchamel and cream, consume it preferably hot after their preparation. Only in this way, in fact, you can better appreciate its creaminess.
