- 8 slices of chicken
- 4 tomatoes

Start with the chicken. The slices, in fact, will be rolled in a special breadcrumbs that will make them extremely crunchy. Pay attention: the chicken must have been degreased and very thin
Mix the cornflakes, the 00 flour and the breadcrumbs together first. Also add a pinch of salt and mix. If you prefer add some pepper too.
Deep chicken slices first in this special breading mix, then in the beaten egg and then back into the mix, making sure that the whole surface of the chicken is perfectly covered. Continue like this until you have breaded all your chicken slices.
Cook your chicken slices in hot oil until they are browned. Take each slice of bread and sprinkle the surface with butter, which must be very soft. Place the bread in a preheated oven at 341°C for 5 minutes or until they are well browned on the surface. Meantime, prepare the other ingredients.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into fairly thin slices. Wash the lettuce leaves. Make the bacon crunchy. It’s time to make the clubhouse sandwich.
Put the first slice of bread on the plate, sprinkle with mayonnaise and add the first lettuce leaf. Add the chicken, the tomato slices, the cheese and the bacon and then lay the second slice of bread. Continue repeating the same sequence until you have laid the last slice of bread.
