  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 80 g dark chocolate
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter

Add whole hazelnuts, brown sugar, and granulated sugar and blend for a few minutes to get a cream.
