Coconut and Kinder muffins are extremely simple and quick to prepare sweets but with decidedly irresistible flavor and aroma.
It is a variant of the classic American muffins made in this case even more special by the use of coconut flour in the dough and a filling made with the famous Kinder bars, which will make this cake loved even by children.
So let’s see how to prepare excellent coconut and Kinder muffins and some tips for a truly irresistible result!
- 1 cup 00 flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 ½ tablespoon of milk
- Kinder Chocolate
Add 00 flour, coconut flour and sugar inside a bowl, then add the eggs.
Add the butter, previously melted in a bain-marie or for a few seconds in microwave; left it aside to warm. Add milk and a teaspoon of baking powder.
Mix everything well using an electric mixer or a whisk by hand; continue to work until to obtain a mixture for well thick.
Place the paper cups inside a muffin mold. Add a spoonful of dough inside each paper cup.
Prepare the filling, made, in this case, with the famous Kinder bars. Add a couple of squares of chocolate inside each muffin and then cover with another spoonful of dough.
Put in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 20 minutes or until they are golden brown. Once ready, take them out of the oven and serve them to your guests. Cover them, if you like, with icing sugar.
Store the Coconut and Kinder muffins for a maximum of 2-3 days under a glass jar or in an airtight container.
