Soft and incredibly tasty, the banana peach bread is perfect for breakfast or just for a break during the day.
You can add walnuts or nuts or maybe carrots or oranges. You’ll always get a wonderful result. A tasty idea to surprise your children or your guests. It’s perfect even for a birthday party an can be glassed e sprinkled in many ways.

- 3 eggs
- 2 cups 00 flour
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 bananas
- 2 peaches
- 1/2 cup seed oil
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/3 cup walnuts
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup milk
Beat together butter and sugar using an electric mixer until you get a fluffy cream. Add chocolate chips and eggs and keep beating.
In a blender mix bananas, milk, oil, vanilla and peaches until smooth and add to the mixture previously prepared.
Chop walnuts and add it to the mixture. Now add flour and baking soda too. Just a pinch of salt and mix until you get a soft and creamy mixture.
Grease a loaf pan and add the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F until brown (it takes about 50 minutes). Insert a toothpick in the center of your banana peach bread and if it comes out clean let the pan cool outside the oven.
Serve it to your guests.
Store the banana peach bread for a couple of days in an airtight container or under a glass jar. Use a glass or melted chocolate to decorate the surface and make it even more delicious.
Use nuts instead of walnuts or, if you prefer, add more chocolate chips. Even white chocolate chips will be a great idea.
