- 2 rolls of puff pastry
- 2 zucchini
- 200 g cheese
- 180 g cooked ham
- Parmesan cheese to taste
Cut the extremity of the zucchini. Wash the zucchini and slice them into very thin and equal slices lengthwise.
Open the puff pastry. Make some discs and line with them the muffin molds.
Make the puff pastry adhere to the bottom and to the edges of your molds. Prepare the stuffing.
Take again your slices of zucchini and cover them with slices of cheese and cooked ham. Roll everything into a spiral.
Place the spiral of zucchini, cheese and ham inside each basket and continue to make all the zucchini flowers.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 15 minutes or until the dough begins to brown. Serve warm.
