The zucchini chips are a side dish or a really delicious and very particular appetizer.
Thin slices of zucchini are, in fact, fried and served as chips, crunchy and delicious, excellent to enrich a buffet but also perfect with meat or fish.
Let’s see how to make them!
- 4 courgettes
- 00 flour, to taste
- salt, to taste
- extra virgin olive oil, to taste
Start from the zucchini, the main ingredient of this delicious recipe.
First, remove the two ends and wash the two zucchini very carefully. Make slices. For a perfect result the zucchini slices should be very thin so use a slicer for a perfect result.
When you have made all the slices of zucchini, sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil and then pass them in the flour, beating well with your hands to shake off the excess flour. Continue until you have prepared all the zucchini chips and, at this point, fry them.
Heat the oil and when it is hot, fry your zucchini chips a little at a time. Be careful because cooking will take a few minutes. Season with salt and strain the zucchini chips on a plate covered with absorbent paper so as to remove excess oil.
Continue this way until you have finished all your zucchini. Serve very hot and crisp.
The zucchini chips are excellent to eat immediately after their preparation.
